saturday nite

so like 75 percent of gordon went home for labor day weekend since we satrted pretty early here. i decided to stay here, thinkin its a lil early to head home jus yet. saturday nite i wanted 2 check out boston and see what life was like out there. so me and kendra drove into boston saturday nite when the sox were playin. it was sick! like we drove rite by fenway park. it took like less than 20 minutes 2 get there. we ended up parking miles down bc of all the trafic for the game. we walked by and jsut checked out the area.

there is this place called Jillians right outside there. it is this huge place with 1 floor sports bar for the sox games, 1 floor bowlings with big screen monitors above every lane showing the game, 1 floor pool,pingpong, 1 floor dance club after the game. its like a huge place where alot of famous pple have gone. www.jilliansboston.com -so we go and checked it out but to our luck its 21 and over friday and sat nites. so we check out a few sports bars, few bosox shops, the city and left. doesnt seem like that kool of a time, but like jsut being out here at nite udner the lights from fenway, checkout jsut the difference in scenery and life there is a kool experience. plus now i kno how 2 get there easily if all of us want to go again for a game or 2 jillains on a weekday nite.

on the way home me and kendra stopped at Krispy Kreme and got a dozen donuts for ourselves. this old guy who wored there was wicked nice. he reminded me of santa cluase. anyways he was tellin us some stories about his kid in college and then while we were chowing down he came over to us and said "here bring these back for ur friends in the dorm" and gave us a free box of a dozen donuts. it weas so nice of him, u had 2 be there.

i also had no money the whole nite b/c i didnt get paid for workin volleyball that day like i thoguht i would. and my debit card hasnt come in yet so all i ahdwere checks, that i guess are ancient now cuz i mustve asked 30 places if they took checks that nite and i got shut down every time. so like midnite near krispy creme i go into stop and shop and try opening an account fpr a stop and shop card so i can buy food and write myself a check for cash back lol. but the lady there stopped me and was like u have to buy food a couple timesd b4 can do taht u cant jsut open a stop and shop acccount and buya pack of m and m's in order to get some cash.....lol. kinda sucked, not gonna lie...

overall it was a good nite. i got to know there area of boston near fenway. got to go see jillians, where fenway was, where to park, how to get there, the way life is like over there, walked like 10 miles on the nite, met the nicest old man ive ever met at krispy creme, free donuts, the shoppin strip wityh all the restuarants on route 1, had some fun with kendra and relized checks suck. overall productive nite.. so next time me and all my friends wanan go out, ill have it all down....def i was a good time...
